The Intuitive Dating approach is structured around a personalized journey that helps you build healthier and more fulfilling connections. While the course is a structured 14 week journey, below is a glimpse of some of the overarching steps that you can take to embark on this transformative path if you want to start deepening your relationship to yourself while dating!

1. Set Your Intention

Start by clearing your space of any outdated dating advice that promotes playing games or following rigid rules. Instead, set an intention for your dating journey that aligns with authenticity or one of the core values of Intuitive Dating. Use our guided practices like the “Intention Breath” (found in The Portal) to ground yourself daily, especially before and during dates.

2. Date Yourself First

Before seeking connections with others, invest time in getting to know yourself better. Create a list of 20 activities you've always wanted to do—anything from rock climbing to writing in a coffee shop—and commit to doing one per week on your own. This practice not only builds confidence but also opens you up to new experiences and opportunities to meet like-minded individuals.

3. Build Your IRL (In Real Life) Dating Plan

Create a plan for meeting people in person that feels authentic and exciting to you. Display this plan where you can see it daily to stay motivated and committed. Regularly audit your online dating profile to ensure it reflects your authentic self and aligns with your intentions.

4. Boost Your Confidence

Confidence in Intuitive Dating is about building self-trust and embracing your uniqueness. Engage in practices like the "Main Character Visualization" to see yourself as the hero of your own story.
