With an M.A. in Integrative Health Studies, a coaching certification as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and extensive training and experience in Mindful Self-Compassion, Corporate Wellness, Guided Imagery, Meditation, and Ritual and Embodiment, I am devoted to cultivating tools and techniques to support the human spirit. I combine almost a decade of experience with my training, coaching, and teaching to help my clients experience the power of mindfulness and compassion to transform their daily life.

My Why

My soul purpose is to help individuals and groups love, accept and celebrate themselves and each other through embodiment of wellness and compassion. Ever since I was young, the spiritual and hidden aspects of life have always intrigued me. This passion drew me into studying practices such as meditation & mindfulness, earth-based rituals, feminine and masculine energy, compassion skills, wellness coaching, and ultimately, dating and relationship coaching. I love supporting people in their unfolding; helping them learn to trust and support themselves physically, emotionally and spiritually in order to create a life where they feel connected and empowered.

Coaching fulfills a deep desire of mine to support others in achieving their dreams and developing relationships based on authenticity and presence. I am deeply devoted to personal metamorphosis, and think it is the catalyst for profound societal change. I look forward to meeting you on your path, and supporting you in your transformation.

In my work, I create a safe space for you to open up, gain clarity about yourself and your life, and develop self-care tools and resources to move you towards your goals. You will find that I am compassionate, non-judgmental, intuitive, direct, and honest in our sessions together. I will help you own your strengths, develop coping strategies, and respond in new ways to challenges in your life. While each coaching session may look different depending on your unique needs and goals, most sessions will include incisive questions, honest reflections, mindfulness & self-compassion meditations, and tools, activities, and resources to create more clarity, ease and fulfillment.
