Welcome to our pricing page. At Lovewell, we are committed to transparent communication about the cost of therapy, so you can feel empowered to make informed decisions from the very beginning of your mental health journey.
Pricing Structure
Rates vary according to service provider and may be higher than the rate listed below if you request to work with a specific provider.
- Individual Therapy Sessions: Our therapy sessions begin at $260 per 50-minute session
- Couples Therapy Sessions: Our couples therapy session begin at $285 per 50-minute session. Longer sessions are at a pro-rated rate.
- Dating Coaching: Our coaching costs begin at $250 per 50-minute session
- Sliding Scale or Reduced Fees: We offer a limited number of sliding scale slots based on financial need. Please contact us for more information.
Payment and Insurance
Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or HSA/FSA cards. We do not accept insurance directly but can provide you with a superbill for reimbursement from your insurance provider. Please check with your insurance company for details on out-of-network benefits.
Session Length and Frequency
Sessions typically last 50 minutes. Individual therapy sessions are held weekly.
Couples therapy sessions and coaching sessions are held either weekly or every other week depending on the needs and goals of the client.
Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 3 business days notice for cancellations. A fee equal to the cost of the session may be charged for cancellations with less than 3 business days notice.

At Lovewell, our coaches and clinicians have reputable credentialing in their field. We have MFTs, PsyDs, and certified wellness coaches (NBC-HWCs) on our team. We have a collaborative, cross-disciplinary approach and you will get the benefit of our team's collective experience.
Additionally, we place an extra emphasis on the research-backed Mindful Self-Compassion method and have found this emphasis on compassion and relationships to be beneficial to our client's sense of happiness and resilience in the short-term and the longterm, and also to their relationship success.
Our coaches have extensive training and certification in wellness coaching, dating coaching and mindfulness.
Our therapists have contributed to a mental health curriculum that is rooted in mental health tools and concepts.
