Lauren is a therapist, author, coach, meditation teacher, and founder of Lovewell.
Lauren's clinical work bridges evidence-based psychotherapy techniques with intuitive, holistic, compassionate, and spiritual perspectives. Her work is informed by Mindful Self-Compassion, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Authentic Movement, Somatic work, and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Her aim is for clients to leave sessions feeling lighter and more empowered than when they came in!

Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and a background in Mindful Self-Compassion, Guided Imagery, Meditation, Ritual and Embodiment, Drew Anne aims to create a safe space for individuals to gain clarity about themselves and their relationships, and cultivate practices, tools, and resources to improve their dating lives and overall wellness. Most sessions include thoughtful question asking, reflections, mindfulness, self-compassion, and practical takeaways and resources.
