My Why
My goal is to help couples and individuals understand and navigate their emotions so they can feel more in control of their lives and relationship choices. For well over a decade I have seen this work lead to improving and strengthening my clients relationships to themselves, others, and the world around them.  I love seeing improvements in my clients' relationships and am motivated by the changes I have seen in my own life and in the lives of clients I have worked with.
You will find that I am direct yet compassionate, and honest yet non-judgmental. While each session is customized to your needs, you can expect a combination of relational, attachment, and system theories along with practical behavioral techniques as needed. Sessions will typically include incisive questions, honest reflections, mindfulness & self-compassion meditations, and tools, activities, and resources. Together we will build a personalized individual, or couples, toolkit with strategies and techniques which will support you as you continue to move through the world.
